Protecting our client's privacy is of vital importance to us.

Transverse Leadership follows the International Coach Federation Standards of Ethical Conduct. We will not voluntarily divulge a coaching relationship or any information exchanged to a third party without prior written consent (with the exception of situations where legal obligation is required to protect others from harm).

All clients sign a mutual nondisclosure agreement which maintains strict confidentiality regarding data exchanged between both parties.
