At Transverse Leadership, we work closely with clients to deepen their self-awareness.  Used in conjunction with coaching, we offer a range of renowned assessments that enable individuals and teams to pinpoint blind spots, articulate preferences and validate assumptions about leadership style and future direction. Assessments a client completes depend on articulated coaching goals and action plans.  Our assessments are self-paced, offered online and can be taken from anywhere in the world.  Following are brief descriptions of most frequently used assessments.
